Positions available:
Concession:
The Concession persons’ responsibilities include obtaining supplies for concession stand, setup/take down and cleaning trash. This person shall report directly to the treasurer.
Recruitment/Publicity:
This position is responsible for reporting all information to the Brookfield Journal and Danbury News Times. The information should include registration dates, fundraising event activities for and achievements of the members of the BFYF&C. Also responsible for coordinating efforts focused on recruitment of participants for both football and cheerleading programs. This position will report directly to the President.
Parent/ GUARDIAN Representative/Scholastic Coordinator:
The Parent Rep/Scholastic Coordinator’s position is responsible for being a liaison between parents/guardians of all participants in all matters pertaining to the program; this position is also used to distribute information from the Executive Board, Football Commissioner, and Cheer Commissioner to the respective team parent, of the individual teams / squads. Responsibility also includes coordinating a scholastic report for the organization. Coordinator will be required to attend WCPW scholastic meeting and submit finished report to WCPW scholastic coordinator. This position will report to the Executive Board. The BFYF&C President or WCPW representative cannot hold this position. This person will created a monthly report to parents/guardians on the activity of BFYF&C from the monthly minutes. This monthly report will be posted on the website.
